Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handling requests and queries appropriately
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must possess at least a Bachelors/ College Degree in Marketing
- Preferably, with background in Accounting/ Business Analysis & Development, Market Research
- Comfortable in field work & assignment and flexible working hours
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
