N-PAX Systems and Consulting Inc. is looking for an experienced Scrum Master that are well versed in Agile Scrum Methodology. The Scrum Master is responsible in the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution and completion of specific IT projects.
Scrum Master Duties and Responsibilities:
- Initiate team meetings and monitor scrum process to increase team efficiency and advocate for self organization.
- Facilitate and organize Scrum Ceremonies.
- Product Backlog development and grooming.
- Track project deliverables.
- Guide and coach the team, leading by example with the goal of increasing productivity.
- Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality and goals to support project and business objectives.
Kualifikasi Minimum
To be successful at applying for the Scrum Master Role, candidates must have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related courses.
- With previous experience as a Scrum Master or Project Management.
- Knowledge of Agile Approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD.
- Strong coaching skills and leadership qualities.
- Excellent communications skills.
