Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage 3 priority Sari-sari Store acquirer aggregator partnerships from contract administration, acqui process tracking and reporting, WAM program oversight (for aggregator led DGSB) and promotions marketing execution in collaboration with the territory, marketing, and merchant maintenance focal point
- Conduct regular business reviews with Sari-sari Store acquirer aggregators for variance analysis and remedial management as necessary
- Conduct field visits for customer insighting
- Present business performance of Sari-sari Store in weekly acqui ops market attack
- Ensure over-all merchant maintenance KPIs are aligned and covered by WASPs (Weekly Active Merchant Specialists) on the ground.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Minimum 3 years experience in long-tail merchant aggregators (FMCG, Distributor, etc) in the areas of product development, acquisition, marketing, partner education.

The person needs to demonstrate strong leadership skills, self-driven, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
