Platform Development

• Manages and is accountable for the different platforms under the Merchant Solutions Team (namely: Merchant Portal, A+, Cross-border, Device, Voucher, and Loyalty) and their business models, which includes knowing the customer, developing and managing relevant & accessible products, managing P&L, driving performance, and developing company’s unfair advantage vs competitors
• Ensures product-market fit through systematic experimentation to deliver right constructs to the right customer segment with the right business model
• Coordinates between different business functions to ensure fast and effective delivery of product enhancements and new product capabilities
• Identifies potential markets and enhances the product to address specific market needs; scans the market for new opportunities, trends or products to generate relevant information for the continuous improvement of product

Platform Management

• Monitors and evaluates product’s overall performance in terms of marketability, service quality, and process efficiency among others
• Works with cross functional teams to ensure deliver insanely great merchant experience through ensuring consistent branding, seamless customer journey across channels, and building customer-centric and efficient engine
• Analyzes current business processes and creates applications to improve or support the process. This includes the development of tactical solutions concerning administrative and operational matters to ensure achievement of business unit’s objectives

• Clear grasp of overall business objective to ensure alignment with cross-functional groups

• Monthly active users of merchant payment solutions
• Relevant and scaleable merchant payment solutions (e.g. QR, RQR, Online, Barcode)
• Sound and feasible product and channel strategy to hit merchant and user KPIs
• Customer-centric channel campaigns and programs to acquire merchants and end users
• Branding and implementation guidelines
