Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead Business Intelligence efforts of the entire organization.
- Provide full and real-time transparancy to all stakeholders.
- Understand underlying business challenges and communicate accurate data insights.
- Collaborate with departments to derive data-driven decisions.
- Design and implement Business Intelligence tools.
- Closely work with product development team to build and improve the data warehouse.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 8 or more years experience in Business Intelligence
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Data Analytics; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experienced in data modelling and data warehousing.
- Experienced in setting up business-wide reporting systems from scratch.
- In-depth knowledge of MongoDB.
- Working at rapidly growing organizations is an advantage.
- Ready to roll-up sleeves and be hands-on.
- Initiative, Pro-active, and Self-driven.
- Strong critical thinking and strategic skills with ability to challenge conventional approaches and offer alternative solutions.
