Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Position Summary: The Admin Assistant, under limited supervision, provides operational coordination, administrative support, and financial support services to the Executive and Management Staff. The Admin Assistant assists in managing the day-to-day administrative and secretarial support activities of the office and helps coordinate support staff and overall office operations. Likewise, the Admin Assistant will provide administrative support to the Client Services team, helping to ensure that operational plans for client projects are arranged timely and provisioned adequately. This may include making logistical arrangements for facilities and administration of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Helps to administer the day-to-day activities of the office; works with Management to develop policies, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operations.
  • Serves as Administrative Assistant to the Operations, Finance, and Management staff; assisting and coordinating general office tasks and operations.
  • Maintains financial records, produces and issues appropriate forms, memos, and receipts for financial transactions, and may perform bookkeeping data entry into the computerized accounting system.
  • Serves as primary receptionist in receiving guests, telephone calls, scheduling of appointments and office correspondence.
  • Administers various human resource-related tasks—including, but not limited to, correspondence and document handling and preparation.
  • Organizes and manages the office filing system, employee records, and personnel files.
  • Maintains appropriate and timely inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Performs other clerical duties, office errands, and other job-related assignments.
  • May oversee or coordinate the work of others.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree in any business related course.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative or related work.
  • Required skills in MS Office software.
  • Experience handling petty cash and/or basic bookkeeping.
  • Good planning and organizing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal or written).
  • Trainable and detailed oriented.
  • Organized and with good work ethic.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any business related course.
