Deskripsi Pekerjaan
You will be the gatekeeper for the User Interface and User Experience Design and Programming for one of the most innovative and promising player-engagement websites in the land.
- Design and develop User Interface / User Experience.
- Create innovative designs for web and mobile devices.
- Carry out project plan/s for the website and other related projects.
- Design and apply game mechanics and features into the system that are engaging to the target audience.
- Write/copy names and narrative elements of the game with full documentation.
- Be able to describe user experience stories and create wireframe screens and flows.
- Remain up-to-date with Game Design and Gamification literature and best practices.
- Pitch new ideas to the team and hold brainstorming sessions.
- Work closely with business units to deliver winning products.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and artists to design and develop new features and systems.
- Run beta and pilot tests/programs; Communicate results and recommend solutions.
- Analyze real-time feedback and metrics, and adjust game designs accordingly.
- Assure quality and integrity of web pages; Ensure a seamless experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Communicate technical issues to concerned units.
- Documentation, reports, and stats generation; System housekeeping.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Have at least 1 year's experience in Front-End Development, UI/UX Design, Mobile Responsive Design and Development, and Rapid-Prototyping.
- Has an Eye for Design.
- Has the Mind of a Coder.
- Has the Heart for Innovation.
- Fluent in PHP and HTML.
- Also familiar with MySQL, IE7, Javascript, CSS, and other related tools of the trade.
- Experience in Gamification and Social Media Development an advantage.
