Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop highly strategic marketing plans with goal of creating more value for its product
- End-to-end management of product lifecycle from concept to phasing out of product/s
- Develop and execute product road map
- High innovative, s/he aspires to set the industry standard in the creativity of marketing communications rather than follow it.
- Manages and contributes to the development of an overall product line plan and strategy. Integrating all company strategy, product line plans, competitive analysis, and customer needs into an effective product strategy and position in the market place.
- Marketing and brand awareness management
- Provides needed analysis to support product portfolio for marketing planning
- Oversee and manage budget for the promotions and events
- Closely monitors all integrated marketing communication materials and ensures the protection of the products equities
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of Management, Marketing, or any related commerce courses
- At least 1-3 yrs. experience as a brand or product manager for fast-moving consumer goods, retail, or related business
- Can craft marketing plans, familiar with reading and interpreting P&L statements
- Willing to travel and engage in field work
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Highly organized and results and strong people oriented
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Team player
- Computer savvy; must be proficient in MS office
