Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handles in-bound sales.
- Monitors customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Ensures retention of clients.
- Confers with existing customers regarding procurement needs and send quotation.
- Responds and resolves client inquiries, concerns and complaints.
- Supports overseas branches in handling end-to-end sales transaction.
- Maintains harmonious relationship with clients and with different branch PICs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4 year course.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office especially MS Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to work in Makati on graveyard shift (10PM to 7AM) and at least 1 Saturday per month.
