Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Reconciliation of invoices received
- Timely preparation of sales and purchase summary
- Proper coordination with vendors by assuring e-mail / call response
- Encoding of Arrangement Sheets
- Sending collection notices
- Monitoring and follow-up client payments
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- With at least 1-2 years experience in invoice processing
- Proficient in using MS Office especially MS Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work in Makati on a shifting schedule with 1 Saturday per month
