Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Formulate design concepts and presentation approaches.
- Assist CD with creative / marketing strategies when needed.
- Design and develop concepts for the use of branding, advertising, activation (digital, motion graphic & art purpose)
- Must have an understanding of traditional and new media requirements and is responsible for developing concepts and design work for clients.
- Mentor, lead and direct teammates or junior designers as needed.
- Working on designs to produce an effective motion graphics or new media branding.
- Editing the final results for presentation to the client.
- Ability to create ideas that elevates the brand beyond the expected.
- Must be able to work on a tight deadline and prepared to work long hour if needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor Degree Graduate
- Minimum of 2 years experience in handling creative / agency fields
- Fluent in English
- Highly creative
- Good presentation skills
- Good at both creative and technical designing
- Exceptional design skills and conceptual and strategic thinking ability
- Have a thorough understanding of motion graphic, videography, photography, Graphic Design
- Team player attitude, strong multi-tasking ability
- Must have the following computer skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, as well as Keynote and PowerPoint
