Delivery Manager  

On behalf of its client, MyAssets, Mosed Corporation is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of its SaaS products to its customers and the delivery of supporting software and processes to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for managing the delivery teams, setting delivery goals and metrics, monitoring performance, and ensuring that the client's external and internal products are delivered on time and within budget. The Delivery Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implementing processes and tools to optimize delivery operations across all functional areas of the organization. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for managing the overall roadmap of the company using JIRA Advance Roadmaps and working with multiple stakeholders to manage delivery and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery team and ensure that we are delivering products on time, up to standard, and within budget.
• Set delivery goals and metrics for the team and monitor performance to ensure that we are meeting our objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement processes and tools to optimize delivery operations across all functional areas of the organization.
• Align delivery methodologies across functional areas of the organization
• Manage the overall roadmap of the company using JIRA Advanced Roadmaps
• Work with multiple stakeholders to manage the delivery and expectations
• Delivery projects on behalf of internal stakeholders, such as Technical Support, Compliance, Marketing, and Site Reliability
• Manage a team of project managers, scrum masters, business analysts and technical analysts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to delivery performance and customer satisfaction
• Work with the Product and Engineering teams to identify and resolve issues relating to product delivery
• Ensure that delivery operations are compliant with company policies and procedures
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in delivery management or related field
• Experience working in a SaaS environment or with SaaS applications
• Experience in working with international senior leadership team (C-level executives)
• Experience working with JIRA at an advance level
• Strong project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of customer service best practices and customer support metrics
• Experience of managing a team of business and technical analysts
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies across functional areas of the organization
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and JIRA Advanced Roadmaps
