What you'll do (Note: you don't have to check all the boxes - we'll train you as needed):

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who will…

• Develop creatives for Facebook Ads, Google Display Ads, Tiktok, Pinterest, and Youtube, both in static and GIF/Video formats
• Develop Email and Website Banners
• Develop low and high-fidelity wireframes for landing pages and ads
• Design landing pages in tune with Conversion Rate Optimization principles
• Adapt and/or expand existing brand guidelines into a design toolkit (i.e. fonts, color schemes, icons, and more)
• Develop new brand guidelines for brands who don't have any (i.e. understand brand requirements, develop pegs & mood boards, define fonts / color schemes / icons, determine design budget [if needed], and develop mockups)
• Coordinate with front-end developers on translating PSD/AI files to CSS/HTML using Figma/Avocode
• Add animations on websites using basic javascript and CSS (optional)

Who you are (Note: this is more important):

• Drive to learn continuously
• You have a keen eye for detail.
• You have a good understanding of the basic Visual Design Principles
• The type of designer who likes the balance of "art & business" instead of being just a "pure creative".
• Prefers processes & data over theory
• You're the type of person who enrolls on a lot of Udemy / Coursera / DesignLab courses
• You're an agency person who dislikes the lack of accountability and lack of results-orientation (i.e. leads/ sales) in your agency work
• You're willing to unlearn bad work habits and learn the right ones
• You can appreciate some tough love when you need it and you're not a snowflake :P
