Procurement Specialist  

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct sourcing of indirect materials and direct materials such as spare parts, fabrication services, building maintenance requirements, supplies and standard items. Sourcing and contracting of services and other indirect materials

2. Deal and coordinate with suppliers on price negotiations, scheduling agreements, and other concerns.

3. Provide and analyze data and reports of procurement progress to heads and internal customers.

4. Create purchase orders and organize billing documents for audit.

Key Performance Indicators

1. Procurement of the right needs of the internal customer
2. Speed of service and compliance to lead-time of sourcing of parts and services
3. PO creation with complete set of documents required

Skills Required: Problem Solving, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Achievement

Experience Needed: At least 1 year experience in Procurement or related field (Technical/Supply Chain)

Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree preferably an Engineering or technical course.

Job Physical Demands and Work Environment: For Spare Parts and Plant needs, employee must be based in Sta. Rosa, Laguna plant.
