Technology Enabled Product Officer  

The Technology Enabled Solutions (TES) Product Support Officer's main responsibility is to oversee customers' deployment and adoption of critical TES capabilities by facilitating a smooth change management, both internal and external. Person is likewise responsible for assisting in setting the TES internal and commercial strategy across business units. Likewise, the development, implementation, coordination and management of a range of programs/tactics to execute the planned strategies. Technology Enabled Solutions will refer to technologies installed in CAT machines and generator sets that will help customer in the productivity and condition monitoring of its equipment. This will include but not limited to Product Link, Vision Link, Cat Grade Assist, and Cat Payload.

Job Summary:

• Develops and deploys plans to achieve TES goals and support the targeted strategies.
• Deploys the TES go-to-market strategy by consulting with customers in the field, explaining data, recommending improvements and coaching Sales and Operators in order to ensure achievement of performance target.
• Supports improvements across business units by assisting with data analysis projects and building TES capabilities in order to design and develop or improve market strategies.
• Phase technologies and services in and out based on changes in the market and TES landscape.

• Graduate of any four (4) year course
• With five to six (5-6) years’ related work experience.
• From a reputable University, College with a degree in Engineering.
• With Technology/Digital-based company e.g., electronics, telco.
• Strong analytical & planning skills, good communication & presentation skills aand excellent problem-solving skills.
