Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Evaluates, negotiates, validates and executes one-time or multi-term purchase requests within the policies and procedures of the company with the objective of acquiring the required organisation's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply.
- Monitors and coordinates deliveries of approved orders and develops an effective and reliable system in order to ensure completion, smooth and on time delivery of goods by suppliers and services by contractors.
- Receives, examines, evaluates and validates a wide variety of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) on Commodities in order to determine the method to process requisitions, the type of materials, supplies, equipment or services needed by end users based on the timeliness required, existing open contracts and/or competitive bidding.
- Sources or canvasses the requirements of end users’ for Commodities in order to effectively identify the suppliers who can satisfactorily meet the BU requirements for best price, quality, services, warranty, payment and delivery terms and conditions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any four (4) year College course
- with at least three (3) years related experience in procurement of hardware, construction materials, vehicle spare parts and services or office supplies, janitorial sanitary supplies, office furniture and appliances and medical supplies.

Computer Literate, Technical and Maintenance Skills, Knowledge in Electronic Procurement Data Processing System, Technical and Functional Performance specifications. Knowledge in Import/Export Purchase, Supplier Management, Procurement Contract and Law
