Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Write and edit interface copywriting on application and website to facilitate user navigation, onboarding, promos, notifications, error messages, instruction and education material regarding Moladin product.
- Enforce Moladin’s vision, tone, voice, and overall language across the product.
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, legals, marketings, products, and engineers to create a product that can solve problems. Influence and adapt to stakeholder’s feedback, and ready to challenge an idea whenever necessary.
- Work together with other UX Writer from different tribes to maintain consistency and sharing ideas
- Providing support documents such as release notes, language styleguide, and documentations.
- Proofreading and quality checking all copywriting before handing it to developers.
- Actively initiate, engage, and be critical with new ideas, research plan, and existing user journey to help elevate the product. Min. 2-3 years of experiences as UX Writer or related fields
- Fluent in Indonesian and English
- Possess a good knowledge of writing fundamentals such as structured, critical, and creative thinking; product design such as design thinking framework and other frameworks
- Have a good knowledge of writing fundamentals (structured thinking, critical thinking, creative thinking), and also good knoledge of product design
- Able to emphatize with user, balancing between user needs and design idealism
- Have the ability to balance between long term visioning and immediate impact
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. 2-3 years of experiences as UX Writer or related fields
