Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage Customer Success renewal team through day to day monitoring and ensure they meet weekly & daily targets
- Creating SOP and manage the quality of the call, chat and E-mail that will increase effectiveness in the team
- Conduct quality control (QC) to ensure communication meets the standard
- Develop team knowledge and capabilities
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 5 years relevant work experience with 2 years of supervisor level experience in telemarketing role
- Any Science, IT or Engineering background preferred
- Excellent soft skill for interaction with various parties
- Excellent communication skills
- English speaking preferred
