Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee product quality and operational standards.
- Manage/lead other department heads and staff.
- Manage sales and profitability
- Oversee the budget and reporting
- Use fluent English and Filipino in daily communications
- Be a champion of the customer experience
- Solve customer problems in a fast and decisive way
- Understand completely all policies,procedures, standards, specifications,guidelines and training programs.
- Ensure team achieves objectives in sales, profitability, service, quality,appearance and cleanliness of fleet
- Develops and ensures meeting monthly sales target through weekly alignment meetings
- Continually strive to develop staff in all areas of professional development
- Make employment and termination decisions
- Develop the budget and oversee the execution of the budget over the year
- Analyze financial reports and make necessary management decisions when necessary
- Fully understand and comply with all local regulations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 10 years’ experience working in start-ups
- Tech savvy
- Creative, fun, and motivated
- Strong customer relationships management skills
- Strong written and spoken English and Filipino
- Good computer skills including Word, Excel, Gmail
- Exemplary leadership skills
