- Collaborate with management and your peers to discover best practices and brainstorm ideas to solve challenges big and small.
- Identify opportunities for individual and team performance improvement, follow an improvement process, and bridge the gap.
- Minimize errors through effective coaching and support.
- Ensure all team members obtain the appropriate training and support to best apply their knowledge and skills on the job.
- Communicate business strategies and results to agents, empowering them with the knowledge to know their standing and contribution at all times.
- Facilitate team meetings.
- Delegate team tasks.
- Create and foster a positive, successful and professional work environment where team members choose to work and achieve their goals.
- Offer frequent formal and informal recognition.
- Build solid productive relationships with all levels of leadership and support teams.
- Resolve operations problems quickly using appropriate procedures and follow up.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 2-year supervisory experience (BPO Industry).
- Maintain resilience, composure and remain positive under pressure and changing circumstances at all times.
- Strong consultative coaching skills with ability to confidently motivate and inspire a team.
- Good time management and can effectively prioritize team workloads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
