Accounting Supervisor  

The Accounting Supervisor will oversee the client's fixed assets, tax reportorial compliance and intercompany transactions.

S/he will work closely with a team of accountants to manage financial functions, including assistance in the migration from SAP to Oracle. Our ideal candidate uses strong analytical skills and resourcefulness. To succeed in this role, s/he should also have problem-solving and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises fixed asset accountant and review the fixed asset reports.
• Supervises tax accountant and review tax reports to ensure completeness of information.
• Monitors and reconciles intercompany transactions and balances.
• Assists in the system migration of SAP to Oracle.
• Ensures legal compliance.

• Graduate of a BS Degree in Accountancy.
• Accounting Certification (e.g. CPA or CMA) is an advantage.
• Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g. SAP and Oracle).
• Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas).
• Solid knowledge of general accounting, PEZA laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team management skills.
• Ability to prioritize work.
• Willing to work in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
