Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The primary responsiblity of an Associate Accountant is to assist with the preparation of financial statements and support schedules according to timelines.
- Maintains accounting control by following policies and procedures, regulatory and statutory requirements (BIR, SEC, etc.).
- Prepares account reconciliations (cash, liabilities, fixed assets, payroll accruals) and supporting sub-ledgers.
- Assists with the monthly closing procedures.
- Researches and resolves account reconciling items.
- Supports other team members as necessary.
- Other projects as assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Accounting-related course.
- Preferably with work experience in Accounting.
- Adept in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
- Knowledge in handling an accounting software (Xero, Quickbooks, Peachtree, SAP) is an advantage.
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily supervision.
- Good coordination and people skills with colleagues and clients, potential leadership qualities.
- Willing to render overtime, including Saturdays.
- CPA Licensure is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
