Research Associate | Executive Search/Professional Staffing  

The Research Associate is expected to contribute to the growth and development of the business unit by delivering full talent search cycle in every engagement and by providing exceptional candidate and internal/external client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed industry mapping & talent research on the job market and industry trends to be competitive in the industry; use effective communication approaches to convey ideas and thoughts thru verbal and written forms.
• Create and develop a sourcing strategy for each search mandate complete with listing of target companies to source as well as the time frame for target completion.
• Understand and comprehend thoroughly (based on detailed orientation from the Consultant/SBU Head) client’s search mandate in all its perspectives which include client’s nature of business, organizational structure, corporate culture, job description, qualification profile and other information relevant to the search.
• Generate pool of candidates and conduct a thorough interview process using the Targeted Selection Methodology which includes providing detailed information on the client such as company background, business strategy, job descriptions and expectation setting.
• Create a comprehensive endorsement report on the endorsed candidates for Consultant/SBU Head’s review and submission to the client.
• Conduct and research on possible business strategies and opportunities to help Consultant/SBU Head on marketing and business development prospects.

• At least six (6) months of work experience in a similar role from any recruitment and/or executive search company
