Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversees and directs the overall operations of all Distribution Centers.
- Formulates and leads the execution of Distribution Center Management’s strategy as aligned with the goals and objectives of SCM and the company.
- Manages the overall budget of all Distribution Centers and ensures achievement of target operating costs.
- Leads the formulation of inventory management strategies applicable across all Distribution Centers.
- Spearheads the development and execution of programs and projects covering all Distribution Centers.
- Monitors the compliance of all DCs in processing orders according to company’s standards on quality and productivity.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any business-related course.
- With at least 5 years work experience in Logistics and Distribution and 3 years of experience in managerial leadership/ managerial position, preferably for a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company.
- Must be knowledgeable in SAP.
- Strong in local distribution.
- With advanced skills in Logistics & Distribution Strategy, Inventory Management, Distribution Center Management, Data Analysis and Management, Order Management, Continuous Process Improvement, Technology Application, and Financial Awareness & Business Profitability.
