Cost Accounting Supervisor  

Responsibilities:

• Formulates the Advertising Annual Budget plan submitted to the company and internally
• Reports monthly expenses and prepares monthly accrual report submitted to Treasury. Ensures proper utilization of set budget
• Audits inventory of advertising premium items. Compute EOQ to trigger ordering of items.
• Audits of all Advertising related expenses including RFPs.
• Audits agency approves CEs versus actual implemented activities
• Maintains a record and monitoring of all Advertising expenses
• Acts as custodian of Advertising assets and ensures maximum and proper utilization
• Handles new project cost and actual expense report coordination with media and creative agencies
• Performs safety duties and responsibilities and complies with all the safety standards indicated in the Safety Manual
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an Accounting degree
• At least 3-5 years experience in Budget Monitoring and Expense and Accounts Payable
• Preferably have worked in the automotive industry
• Has mentoring/management experience
• Amenable to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna and BGC
