- Reports to the HR Manager.
- Maintains, and enhances the organization's Human Resources.
- Plans, implements, and evaluates employee relations, human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or its equivalent
- Two years proven experience in Human Resources administration
- Knowledgeable of HR functions (compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee relations, etc.)
- Proficient in verbal and written English and Tagalog with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept in understanding Philippine labor laws and capable of handling disciplinary procedures
