Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepares and submits timely purchasing / inventory reports on a regular basis.
- Ensures that confidential and proprietary information of the company and suppliers are properly handles.
- Keeps and files purchasing related documents for future reference. Make sure that all documents are complete.
- Check /Audit warehouse T&D documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse head on daily basis regarding stocks, delivery and projects.
- Supports and prepare needed documents for government accreditation and renewal of permit/ licenses (IPO, DTI, BFAD,BOC etc.)
- Plans and schedules the delivery of goods and services for industrial and commercial establishments.Contacts suppliers to obtain information on price, quality and delivery capabilities for goods or services required
- Meet sales representatives from various suppliers to compare products and companies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Aptitude for working with computer system
- Good planning and numeracy skills
- Able to pay attention to details
