Work for the #1 Full Service Product Feed Platform! Our client combines best-in-class technology and service to list products everywhere people shop online, including Google Shopping, Amazon, and Facebook.
What will you do?
1) Originating in Hubspot
Creating Tickets for:
- Onboarding
- Support
- Audit
- Transfers
- Cancellations
- Completing feed audits
- Creating New Feedonomics Accounts
- Call Prep
2) Originating in Zoho
- Populating Cancellation Deal and Zoho Ticket Details
3) Originating by Email
- Sales leadership team admin task and projects
- Triaging requests or emails from Sales
- Assisting Sales with Contracts, NDAs, and referrals
4) Tracking and Performance
- Response SLAs around onboarding / billable tickets and escalations
- Response SLA for cancellations
- Response SLA for cancellation tickets
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably with experience in any CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot, Zendesk, etc.)
- Administrative assistant background and ability to work with computer technology.
- Willing to work in EASTWOOD QC on a NIGHTSHIFT schedule.
