- Reporting and overseeing continuity between appointment setters and sales team
- Overseeing flow of applications
- Calculating payroll
- Assisting in recruiting
- Providing support with onboarding
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree holder of any course
- Can consider college undergraduates with relevant experience
- Has CRM experience
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing personality
- Good with reporting, emailing, and other administrative tasks
- Computer savvy
- Naturally a leader/manager
- Attentive to details
