Content Writer (Eastwood City)  

Writers: Write at least 5 qualified articles a day.

• Writers are expected to produce 600-word news articles.
• Topics will mainly revolve around natural health and food—in particular, current events, medical studies, and scientific breakthroughs, among others—as well as prepping and survival.
• Writers can also be tasked to cover research articles, specifically, those that discuss the health benefits and uses of animal- and plant-based foods, vitamins, nutrients, and nutraceuticals.
• For this position, writers will use the WordPress interface to post his articles. Training will be provided; however, they need to be able to write effective tags and social media blurbs for each article to boost its SEO value.
• Writers will also need to report their progress using project management tools like Basecamp and, from time-to-time, be asked to assist in special writing projects to support onshore operational objectives.
• Writers who can perform well and contribute to the group are eligible to enjoy incentives.

• 0–5 years of professional writing experience.
• Competent: Writers should have near-native command of the English language (writing only). Knowledge with the AP Stylebook, WordPress and Basecamp is a plus.
• Flexible Hours: Must be willing to work on a Tuesday to Saturday schedule. Writers are free to come in between 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., provided they complete their 8-hour shift before 9 p.m.
• Independent: Writers should have great time management skills, be hardworking, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Results-Oriented: Writers are expected to work well under pressure, strict quotas, and deadlines.
• Collaborative: Each writer contributes his/her ideas to help the team, is a team player and is open to feedback.
