MicroSourcing Philippines Inc. is looking for a System Implementation Accountant for an Australian client providing dynamic web-based software platform and best practice trust accounting solutions to the commercial, retail, industrial and strata property management market.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation/migration of the clients to the new property management system as well as testing the system and providing assistance and support to the user.
- Daily recording of receipts from tenants
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Performing payment runs
- Processing tenant and property maintenance
- Liaising with clients situated in Australia
- Monthly tenant invoice generation
- Month end processing and report generation
- Monthly KPI indicator reports
- Entering accounts payable invoices
- Entering accounts receivable invoice
- Annual budget input
- Preparation of annual outgoings reconciliations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
- At least 2-3 years commercial accounting experience (exposure to the commercial real estate industry)
- General bookkeeping experience will be an advantage.
- Experience with system implementations
- Must have strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication; verbal and written and ability to liaise with clients.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- Must be willing to work in Eastwood City Libis, Quezon City for an early dayshift schedule
