Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Quickly respond to phone calls and customer inquiries
- Update records in a timely and accurate manner based on incoming reports
- Coordinate with field personnel to achieve efficient and expected outcomes
- Maintain up to date knowledge of systems and procedures
- React to alerts from security systems and take necessary actions to notify authorities and customers as appropriate
- General office administration like email processing, filing, faxing, and scanning
- Any other duties that may be assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree holder of any course; preferably nursing graduate
- Wiling to undertake rotating 12-hour shift work (3 days on, 3 days off) including day shift, night shift, weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
