Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Customer service responding with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Respond to inbound customer service inquiries in one of three main functional areas: phones, email or web chat, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Verify customer orders
- Resolve returns and exchanges for customers
- Regular correspondence with our Chinese suppliers to report any warranty issues and gain assistance to resolve warranty issues
- Assist with other tasks assigned by supervisor
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have at least 3 years of work experience as a Level 2 Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Englis
- Experience in handling escalated issues
- Ability to “Think outside of the box” and provide creative solutions
- Organized and very keen on details
- Can type at least 45 words per minute
