Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Performs administrative and office support activities. Duties may include answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
Core Functions:
- Provides secretarial services for the Admin Department
- Types business correspondence as assigned
- Answers telephone calls/inquiries and jot down requests when concerned personnel are not available, then relay urgent and important message through phone to concerned personnel.
- Receives, records incoming mails and distributes to the persons or department concerned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any College Degree
- Able to multi-task and have keen eye for details
- Required Skill(s): Adaptable, Analytic, Thinker, Customer-Oriented, High sense of initiative, and Organize
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Applicant must be willing to work in Makati City
