Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure their execution. Create a project schedule and track progress throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in the initial conception stage along with the client to better meet the customer's needs and translate those expectations to the team.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing client expectations and providing regular project updates. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including web designers, developers, content creators, and QA testers. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members. Develop good relationships with stakeholders, vendors, the structural team, and other web development team members.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints. Identify potential cost overruns and implement cost-saving measures when necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of project deliverables to ensure they meet or exceed client requirements. Ensure the visual and functional aspects of the website are up to par with the organization’s and client’s standards and work to identify and resolve problems with the functionality of a web project by conducting thorough testing and quality assurance processes with the team.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues and obstacles that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Timeline Management: Maintain project timelines and make necessary adjustments to meet changing client needs or unexpected challenges.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communications. Ensure project files and records are up to date. Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Team Leadership: Provide clear guidance and leadership to the web team and interns. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, ensuring the team is motivated and aligned with project goals, as well as supporting their professional development.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in web design and development. Suggest process improvements and implement best practices within the project management framework. Develop additional skills, certifications, and other bodies of knowledge in the Design and Technology industry by attending professional conferences, leading seminars with colleagues, and keeping all relevant qualifications and certificates up to date. Take on new and unproven tasks to develop new business ideas and opportunities that can help lead the company to future success.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication and Management, IT, Business Administration, or other related courses
- Preferably 1-3 years experience as an Account Executive, Business Development Executive, Project Manager, or other Sales, client-facing position
- Good at multi-tasking, experience with handling multiple projects at the same time
- Result-centric and motivating leader

- Enthusiastic, energetic and creative attitude
- Collaborative and good with teamwork
- Can act independently with initiative
- Great analytical, decision-making, and management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
