Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide applicable English instruction to beginners, intermediate, and advanced ESL learners using our designed teaching materials
- Conduct the lessons through one-on-one online video lessons within 20-25 minutes class time
- Log into the teaching website before class time and conduct all classes as reflected on the teaching schedule or class table.
- Assess students' learning progress and provide constructive feedback
- Handle different English language subjects (Phonics, Grammar, Conversational, etc.)
The Instructor may also be required to undergo necessary training to learn the online learning platform, and to understand the special needs of ESL students, adult or young learners alike.
*Part-time slots are also available.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree or graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in education, communications, literature, etc.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Preferably with teaching credential or TESOL, TEFL, CELTA certificate or equivalent
- Preferably with teaching experience of at least 1-2 years
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Creative, flexible and proactive.
- Has good work ethics, professional, and can work with minimal supervision
