Admissions Senior Officer  

• Assumes leadership role in promoting and enhancing enrollment target.

• Recruit and schedule new students, transferees and the like through on-line

interviews, telephone calls and video conferencing with the assistance of Admissions

team.

• Evaluate application credentials as required.

• Prepare statistical reports, as well as written reports with regards to weekly

enrollment’s update to be submitted to EVP.

• Assist with the development of a marketing plan to recruit candidates into shs and

college programs.

• Develop innovative communication strategies, recruitment strategies and

enrollment plans with the management to attract and enroll more students.

• Participate in all recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions,

exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events (once back to the normal face to

face classes).

• Maintain and update database of students’ information.

• Oversee the admissions office operations.

• Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed.

• Bachelor's/College degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent
• Required language(s): English and Filipino
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Flexible and able to multi task effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
