Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities will include (but are not strictly limited to):
- Oversee in-store and online sales
- Oversee and manage daily production of baked goods
- Troubleshoot customer complaints and quality control
- Coordinate promotional and marketing efforts with ownership
- Coordinate restocking of supplies with existing stock manager
- Schedule payables to suppliers
- Prepare purchase report bi-weekly
Kualifikasi Minimum
Our team is looking for a Production Manager with prior experience in accounting, business management, and office administration.
- The candidate must be a college graduate with at least two years experience in the restaurant and food production industry.
- Tech-savvy
- Proficient in English and Tagalog
- High degree of organization, professionalism, integrity, trustworthiness and flexibility
- Ability to use discretion when working with confidential information
- Ability to operate efficiently while juggling multiple priorities
