Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Develop a trusted relationship with customers
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of a four (4) year course
- At least two-years work experience in the said position
- Must have good communication and leadership skills
- Must be trustworthy and reliable
