Production
- Meets the required sales quota every month/quarter year.
- Achieves the goals set for each division by doing the tasks assigned to them by the Division Head.
Marketing and Promotion
- Assumes full responsibility in the promotion and marketing of the projects through individual efforts/strategies used.
- Assists in the implementation of all marketing activities and strategies.
- Creates one’s own database of clients.
- Promotes the visibility of the new project/s in the market.
Customer Service
- Offers utmost satisfaction to clients
- Ensures that they are well taken care of.
- Ensures a good and healthy relationship with clients even after the transaction had been finished.
- Handles after sales service of clients.
Corporate Image
- Takes care of one’s own image to better represent the company
- Shows expertise and mastery in the field of Real Estate Selling.
Corporate Responsibility
- Abides by the rules and regulations set forth by the company as stated in the Sales Agency Contract.
- Maintains a good and healthy relationship with the immediate superior and with colleagues.
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
