- Handle concern and answers queries from clients.
- Perform customer service.
- Implement and work within established guidelines/policies of the company.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports.
- Keep up-to-date with all the announcements, memorandums, events, and promotion and any information related in project, sales, and company.
- Monitor, update, and secure confidential documents of clients.
- Assist agent and clients in payment terms, sample computation, inventory, pricelist, holding of units, and other requests when closing sale/s.
- Coordinate with different departments and assist marketing in organizing sales activities and events.
- Handle reservation process and verify of all documents submitted by client/s.
- Perform other tasks given by the immediate Supervisor.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, or its equivalent.
- Preferably with real estate process experience, specializing in Customer Service or its equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Willing to be assigned in Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City.
