- Develops an implementation plan for reviewing projects.
- Checks and reveiws Mechanical, plumbing & fire protection design plans.
- Coordinates all aspects of mechanical, plumbing & fire protection design revieww of the division.
- Does coordination with architects, structural engineers, other trades, consultants, suppliers on matters that would involve mechanical, plumbing, & fire protection in the design.
- Applies specialized knwoledge in scientific principles to review and comment on mechanical, plumbing and fire protection in the design plans.
- Ensures relevant design standard is applied in the design in accordance with established protocols, policies and procedures
- Prepares related punchlists, RFI's and checklists
- Facilitates work sessions with project consultants.
- Helps in trouble shooting problems at the design and review stage of project development and assist with modifying protocols or project procedures to address challenges.
- Develops presentation and present information and review sessions to project consultants and designers.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 4-years of experience handling Mechanical / HVAC Work (consultancy / design work).
- With strong background in BIM / Design Review Work.
- Can work under pressure.
