Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of Sales Agency Contract and Appointment Letter of the newly hired agents.
- Ensures requirements for bank account opening is complete and attached to the UBP form before submission to HR.
- Facilitates initial interview of all applicants for staff positions in the Department.
- Coordinates with Payroll and HR regarding salary adjustments, New Hire Processing, and Promotion and Salary Elevation endorsements.
- Oversees and organizes records management and filing of all documents of the Recruitment Section.
- Creates and endorse memo that will be needed for internal and external communication
- Updates manpower/ roster for track keeping of allowed headcount.
- Assist in both MGEI and Infinite Division regarding overall HR & Payroll concerns
- Prepares, facilitate, and monitor clearance of agents. Initiate routing of duly filled out clearances to both internal and external department for processing. This also includes monitoring of the routing.
- Assist in Verify/ Double check Sales Attendance from Division Secretaries every cut- off
- Update 201 files
- Preparation for Company IDs of agents
- Assist in distributing ATM Cards
- Prepares everyday transmittal of documents for internal and external for processing
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelors degree/College graduate.
- Good interpersonal and communication (verbal/written) skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Observant and keen to details.
- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
- Can start ASAP.
