Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plans, directs, and manages the maintenance of all Plants, Equipment in compliance with company standards in order to ensure attainment of set objectives and KPI’s for the year.
- Assesses current maintenance work processes and procedures in order to optimize efficiency.
- Create and implement measures to minimize breakdowns and repairs.
- Oversees efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates to ensure that the Plant and Equipment are in good working condition.
- Assesses the work performed by outside vendors, reviews and analyzes the reports in order to make sound recommendation on how to improve the maintenance of all Plants and Equipment.
- Controls and monitors inventory of parts and other consumables.
- Implement safety policies and procedures for the department.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required
- 10 years’ experience in Maintenance Management Role
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
