Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determines selection criteria
- Sources potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plans interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Designs job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Supports employer branding initiatives
- Organizes and attends job affairs and recruitment events
- Forecasts quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Fosters long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or other similar courses
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and follow through
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to multitask and meet set deadlines
- High level of responsibility and resourcefulness
- Possesses a high sense of initiative and is committed to finishing tasks with excellent
- Highly proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
