Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create and develop sales strategies to enhance business growth.
- Analyze, evaluate and assess sales territories for own products or services.
- Recommend improvements and changes as appropriate to company sales policies.
- Support, lead and mentor sales personnel in achieving sales outcomes.
- Prepare sales and marketing budgets.
- Analyze marketing trends for own products and services.
- Make recommendations and changes in marketing strategies as appropriate.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns.
Kualifikasi Minimum

A graduate of any related Business course

Comfortable with doing fieldwork and open to be relocated, if necessary

Required Skill(s): Driving skills

Personal Attributes: Good Communication skills, Team Player, Initiative, Enthusiasm and personal drive, Selling skills, Program Development & Program Execution

Experience in the Manufacturing company is an advantage.

Preferably Less than 5- year experience specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
