What are your responsibilities?

• Assist in managing and moderating our brand's presence on Reddit, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and policies
• Engage with the Reddit community by responding to comments, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor discussions, threads, and subreddits related to our brand and industry to stay informed and identify opportunities for engagement
• Contribute to the creation and organization of discussions, contests, and AMAs (Ask Me Anything) to foster community participation and user-generated content
• Collaborate with the Senior Reddit Community Manager and internal teams to gather insights and provide feedback on community sentiment and trends
• Stay updated on Reddit's policies, best practices, and industry trends to ensure compliance and effective community management
• Assist in implementing and enforcing community guidelines and rules to maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment

Are you right for the role?

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with Reddit users
• Familiarity with Reddit's platform, features, and tools, including subreddit management and moderation
• Basic understanding of Reddit's content policies, guidelines, and best practices
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations and handle sensitive topics with empathy and diplomacy
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic online community environment
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
