Accounts Receivables Specialist  

Accounts Receivables Specialist must be obsessively self-motivated and flexible with the ability to independently manage assignments and meet deadlines without compromising work quality.

Responsibilities

To provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts under his or her control.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date billing system
• Follow up, collection and allocation of payments
• Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Maintain accounts receivable customer files
• Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc
• Prepare bank deposits
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Process adjustments
• Organizing a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
• Communicating with customers via phone, email, mail or personally

Are you right for the role?

• Results-oriented. This role is all about meeting conversion targets. We need people who look at their targets and come up with ways to meet them on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in account receivables (collection and recording)
• Must be familiar with using MS Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills

How about the package?

We’re looking at two tiers here. At a junior level, you can expect a monthly salary of between P18,000 to 21,000. However, if you have a minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in lead generation, we can pay you from P22,000 to 25,000 a month.
