The HR Coordinator supports the talent sourcing operations by facilitating inbound and outbound calls to reach prospective candidates. They network with relevant talent pools and manage constant engagements with them.

Key Responsibilities

• Function as the point of contact to build influential relationships with candidates during the selection
• Screen candidates for qualification and availability by obtaining necessary and detailed information through interviews
• Coordinate with recruiters and managers from various departments to take detailed briefs on role requirements
• Provide well-documented recruitment reports to the team and recommends improvements
