Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Teleconsult Psychiatrist supports the mental health needs of patients through consultations, psychotherapy, and pharmacotherapy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations and psychiatric evaluations and manage patient medication
- Develop appropriate treatment plans that adjust based on patient needs over time
- Ensure that consultations, psychotherapy, and pharmacotherapy are aligned with MedGrocer’s protocols
- Collaborate with program leads and other mental health professionals for debriefing and case discussions
Kualifikasi Minimum
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed physician with psychiatry training and active S2 license
- Member of the Philippine Psychiatric Association is preferred
- Experience working in occupational health or company clinics is a plus
- Experience writing assessments and reports to monitor client progress
- Stable internet connection and good audio and video-sharing capabilities
